Europass CV Maker is a CV builder. You choose a profession, edit your details in a structured editor with a live preview, and export a PDF that both a person and an applicant tracking system can read.
The product exists because most CV tools force a choice between two bad options: a word processor, where a single formatting change can unpick the whole document, or a builder that locks your content into one visual style. Storing a CV as structured data rather than as a formatted page removes that choice - the same content can be rendered as a plain ATS layout or a designed one, and switching between them costs nothing.

The sample CVs across this site are fictional. The names, employers, institutions and achievements are invented for demonstration, and any resemblance to a real person or organisation is unintended.
We do not claim that using a particular template will get you an interview. Applicant tracking systems vary, employers vary, and the strongest thing on any CV is what you actually did. The tool handles structure and presentation so you can spend your time on the writing.

CVs contain personal information, and the product is built accordingly: everything is private by default, there are no public CV URLs, and access is enforced in the database rather than only in the application. The privacy policy describes exactly what is stored.
